Refund policy
All of the products which are sold by Hummingbird Soap Studio are handcrafted here in Barbados with special emphases given to the type of raw material that are selected to create each product. Please note that nut oils (Coconut Oil, Olive Oil, Almond Oil, etc.), clays, butters, fragrance and essential oils and other additives are used in almost all of our products. Please ensure that you read the information that is provided for each item before purchase.
Our policy on returning items must meet the following criteria:
- Refunds will be issued if the product in question has not been opened, used or the packaging has not been tampered with.
- In the event that the replacement product is valued less than the product being returned a store credit will be issued to the customer. Customers will be required pay the additional cost for products that cost more that the product being returned.
- If the product has been used the original packaging must accompany the product and an exchange will be given (please NOTE that no refund will be issues for products which are fall into the criteria under this section of the policy).
